The name Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì was founded by Odrele Dyêre, who was culturaly Constructi.
Climate
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì has a yearly average temperature of 11°C (51°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 12°C (53°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 11°C (51°F). Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì receives an average of 203 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1642 m (5387 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1081, by Odrele Dyêre. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Odrele Dyêre.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of restrictive baked earthen streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these somewhat suffishent are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì is a bustling hive of activity. Everyone moves at nothing short of a jog, each convocation is a mile a minute, and there’s dedicated lanes for riding through town in the center of each street. The locals all appear to be not merely occupied, but in a true hurry for everything from drinking a pint of ale to their daily work.

Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì has an Millitary Academy which trains military officers and specilists.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Wæm Mǐrkhă Khǐì's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
